When you leave your details with Skilled Hiring Pty Ltd (ABN 28 700 775 015), on this website, by phone, by SMS or by email, here is what happens.

• What we collect: the details you give us. For hiring clients, that is your mobile, email, and the role you need filled. For candidates, your mobile, email, resume and the kind of work you want.
• Why: to contact you about your brief or your work search, and to provide recruitment services. That is the only reason.
• What happens next: we reply by SMS, phone or email. Clients receive our terms first, then a shortlist. Candidates hear from us when a suitable role exists.
• Who sees it: nobody outside A-List Hiring and the service providers who run our systems. Candidate names are never released to a client before terms are agreed. You can opt out of hearing from us at any time.

This site also uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and sends usage information to Google's servers outside Australia, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. Neither is used for advertising, and neither is combined with the details you enter above. How to opt out is in our Privacy Policy.
