THE BEST NEVER APPLY.
Jobs out the door. Quotes you stop declining. Your weekends back.Recruitment across Australia, trades to executives.
That is what the right hire changes. Give us the role in sixty seconds and a screened shortlist comes back by text.
The person you need is not reading your ad. They are already employed, doing your job for someone else, and they do answer their phone. Every week that seat stays empty is work you turn down, or work you end up doing yourself on a Saturday. Then the seat fills, the work moves, and you get your Saturdays back.
Looking? Your current boss hears nothing from us until you are holding an offer.

"Ringing round a candidate's old supervisors while they are still one name on a list is not something I will do to them."
You get me, not a call centre. 0495 106 225, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6:30pm.
Australia's talent, mapped.
Every state, every capital, every region, and the same three checks wherever the role sits.
Good people, wrong job. That is most of the market.
That is our problem, not yours. There is nothing wrong with the people who are not right for it. They are in work, they are happy, or it is not their trade. We do the sorting so you only read the ones who fit yours.
Three names reach you, not thirty. We would rather send you a short list you can act on this week than a long one you have to wade through.
Every name passed the A-List Screen: licences verified, screened against your brief, history checked.
See who fits your roleEvery name passed the A-List Screen.
Our three-step check runs before you ever hear a name. A name only reaches you once all three are done.
Licences verified
Tickets and quals sighted, not taken on faith.
Screened against your brief
We go through their own account of the work, job by job, against what you actually need.
Work history checked
Dates, gaps and reasons for leaving, walked through with them. References are checked at the final stage, just before the hire.
See a real example shortlist, built the way yours would be.
Three steps, every name, every time. No exceptions, not when the role is urgent and not when the name came recommended. That is the whole system. References are checked at the final stage, just before the hire, to confirm you are taking on a good person.
How the A-List Screen works, step by step.
See who fits your briefWe publish what these roles actually pay.
The award floor and the current market band for 17 roles, each with its classification, its source and the date we checked it. Refreshed when Fair Work publishes, each 1 July. It is the same data we price your shortlist against, so the rate you see is not a guess.
For example, electricians: $32.19 an hour award floor, current market band $95,000 to $115,000 a year, checked against award MA000025.
What is the empty seat costing you?
Your numbers, straight arithmetic.
The role
$4,250
a week of work not getting done.
Four weeks unfilled: $17,000.
Based only on the day rate you set. Your margin maths will differ. This is what the seat earns you, not the wage you pay, so it will not match the pay pages.
This is the whole process.
One text starts it. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6:30pm.
Who's available right now.
People we have phone screened and represent. Swipe through them, heart anyone you want to meet and we call you today.
A minute on how we work.
Straight from the desk: what you get, how sure you can be, and what it costs you if nobody starts. Nothing.
Recruitment, across every Australian state.
A-List Hiring is an Australian recruitment agency covering New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and the ACT, city and regional. We find, screen and shortlist the people who never answer job ads: the ones already working. Permanent placement only: we are not a labour hire company, and we never employ your hire.
Roles we fill
Trades and civil. Transport and logistics. Manufacturing and operations. Office and administration. Supervisors and managers. Executives. If it is hard to fill, it is ours.

Questions
How does A-List Hiring charge?
You pay nothing until your hire starts. No fee for the search, no fee for the shortlist, and no fee if you do not hire. The fee is agreed in writing before any work begins. Ring and ask and you get the number for your role on that call, not after it. What you will not get is a figure that moves once the work has started.
What if the person does not stay?
If your hire leaves inside the first 90 days we replace them free. That sits in the client terms we send you before you sign anything, not in a goodwill conversation after the fact.
What is checked before I see a name?
Three things, every time. Licences verified, screened against your brief, and work history checked. References are checked at the final stage, just before the hire, to confirm you are taking on a good person.
How selective is the shortlist?
Selective enough that most people we screen never reach you, and we do not publish a rate we cannot show you the working for. The filter is the A-List Screen: licences verified, screened against your brief, work history checked. All three are done before a name is put in front of you.
What does the process look like from my side?
You brief us on the role, you sign the terms, and a screened shortlist is texted to you. Then we offer a call to walk you through the names. Text or ring and you get a person, not a queue.
Who is behind A-List Hiring?
A-List Hiring is run by James Maiolo, Director of Skilled Hiring Pty Ltd, ABN 28 700 775 015. The company details sit on the public register and the terms carry his name.
Recruitment, without the noise.
Leave your brief
Jobs out the door, quotes you stop declining, weekends handed back.
We do not take every brief. If we cannot back ourselves to fill yours, you hear a straight no inside two business days. Two days, not three weeks of silence with the seat still empty.

If we cannot back ourselves to fill it, you hear soWhat you get
- Screened against your brief before you see anyone. We go through their own account of the work, job by job, against what you actually need.
- Licences and tickets sighted, not taken on faith.
- Work history checked, with the gaps and the patterns explained before you meet anyone.
- Only the ones who clear all three checks reach you. The rest never leave our desk.
- References checked at the final stage, just before the hire, to confirm you are taking on a good person.
- Every state and territory, trades to executives.
- Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6:30pm. Your week does not stop on Friday and neither does ours.
What it costs you to find out
- Nothing until your hire starts. No fee for the search, no fee for the shortlist, nothing if you do not hire.
- The Two Day Straight Answer. If we look at your brief and do not back ourselves to fill it, you will know inside two business days, not after three weeks of silence.
- The 90 Day Replace. They leave inside the first 90 days and we replace them free.
- Terms first, always. No names are released without them.
- Sign the terms and your screened shortlist follows.
Why nothing until they start: if we do not deliver, we should not get paid. The terms go first for the same reason, so both sides know exactly what happens before anyone spends a day on it. Signing them costs you nothing: the fee is in the terms in writing, and it only ever applies if your hire starts.
Got it. Expect a text or call on that number with the terms: the fee in writing before any work begins, and nothing payable unless your hire starts. Sign, and your screened shortlist follows. If we cannot back ourselves to fill your brief, you hear a straight no inside two business days, not after three weeks of silence.
Get on the list the good jobs come from.
You have the tickets, the hours and the job history.
This is not an application. It is a quiet word so we know you exist before the right job comes up.
That should be worth more than scrolling ads at 9pm after a twelve hour day.
Tell us your trade and your number. We ring you back, we tell you straight what your rate should be, and your current boss hears nothing from us until you are holding an offer.
Text first or email your resume, either works.
Got you. We come back to you on that number, or email your resume now and jump the queue.
